This solid wood paperweight/plaque was assembled with pride in the U. & measures approximately 4 1/4 x 6 Inches.

Encapsulated under the clear acrylic face of this baseball artifact is a section of heavy duty vinyl canvas. That was once the outer'skin' o. Of the outfield wall pad that served. The home of the New York Yankees! This amazing piece of NYC sports history was BOLDLY signed by Yankees Captain, Don Mattingly.

At a New York memorabilia show held in January of this year. I attended this show & I personally watched him sign this item in my presence.

I snapped a photo of him. Signing this piece of wall pad & posted above as "proof" that HE actually signed it! The wall pad'skin' used to create this unique piece of New York Sports history was authenticated. Major League Baseball in 2009.

Authenticated Serial Number LH-297232 on it. Authenticated's website, assuring all that this. The one used to create the plaque offered for sale here....
