This is a vintage felt banner, or pennant. It shows Uncle Sam inside a baseball stadium, and is marked: NEW YORK YANKEES. Near the bottom of the stadium are some pre-printed initials. I assume the artist who created the graphics? The background felt is GREEN, with yellow trim and ties, on the left side. The graphics are red, white, blue and light tan, or flesh colored. Not counting the left side ties, it measures 29 & 1/2 inches long.

The left side is just under 12 inches wide. The only significant flaw, is that about 1/2 inch of material is missing from the right side point. See close-up with pencil point.

It also has some light crease marks through the images of the stadium & Uncle Sam. It does not have a date, but I think this is from the 1950's - give or take. Thank you for shopping at Funky retro Monkey.
