This is an original and rare 1885 E. Robinson Plat Atlas/Map of Bronx, New York on linen. It includes New York Driving Club, the future home of Yankee Stadium.

The map measures 19"x 29" and is in Ex/Ex+ condition. Plate 35: covers from Stebbins Place to 161st St. And from Harlem River to N. Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick, Brown is Stone, Yellow is Wood and Blue is Iron.
